Kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. Showing kindness starts with a choice. Some people don't choose kindness and they mistreat people with their words or their actions. It's tempting to get back at people for being mean by being mean to them, but that's not showing kindness either. Watch this video to see how a group of kids chose to stand up to unkindness.
