This is Embarrassing - I Did Not Choose Well

This is a little embarrassing for me, but I don't always make the best choices. Sometimes my discipline goes out the door and I have to learn to choose well too.

On my journey towards becoming more disciplined, I don’t always choose well. Yep, the “Choose Well” guy does not always choose well.

This video is a way for me to create accountability for myself and encouragement for you. Some self-reflection helped me identify the triggers I have and to make better choices moving forward.

I want to encourage you to do the same. Evaluate your own choices, identify your triggers, and make better choices in the direction you want to grow. None of us have to be perfect at this.

Let’s have some self-awareness. It is crucial for personal growth. Oh yeah!
