Taking Ownership of Your Words | Responsibility Part 3

Responsibility is taking ownership of your words and your actions. Do you ever get angry and say something you shouldn’t say? Maybe you say something inappropriate or you say something that’s not very nice. Getting angry is normal. Everyone gets angry sometimes, but there is an appropriate way to handle your anger. If you find yourself getting really mad about something, give yourself a time out. Counting backwards or taking deep breaths are some strategies for calming down.
