Pay Attention to the Details

Why should you pay attention to the details?

Don't sweat the small stuff, but pay attention to the details.

When I go to In-N-Out, I like to get their fries. They are so good! However, if I get one burnt fry, I don’t complain about it. I enjoy the rest of my fries. I let the little detail about a burnt fry go. It doesn’t bother me. I don’t sweat the small stuff.

However, I once made pancakes and I didn't pay attention to the instructions very well. Instead of putting in one teaspoon of salt, I put in one tablespoon of salt. That is a lot of salt, y'all! Those pancakes were so salty that I had to throw them out.

Keep the little things from taking over your life and pick your battles, but…pay attention to the details.
