Do You Want a Better Life?

If you want a better life, you need to watch this.

Watch the video and have a discussion with your class or someone you know. Below, there are some suggested questions or writing prompts.

My motto is, “When you make better choices you will live a better life.” But sometimes making better choices can be hard.

You may find yourself in circumstances that you did NOT choose. On the other hand, maybe your circumstances are a result of bad choices you made.

No matter how you got to those negative circumstances, you have the power to choose something better.

QUESTIONS FOR DISCUSSION:

Do you get down on yourself after you make a bad choice? Why or why not?

Does social media cause you to compare yourself to others? Why or why not?

When you compare yourself to others, does it produce a positive outcome or a negative outcome for you? Why do you think that is?

What do you think of the quote, “You can only start from where you are”? Does that motivate you? Why or why not?

What kind of changes do you want to make in your life? Where will you start?
